House rules:
• Complaints afterwards are not possible. If anything is not in order, please report it on the spot. Unfortunately, there is little we can do for you afterwards.
• It is expected that the belongings are treated with respect, that the house is left tidy, dishwasher empty, bed linen removed, garbage outside and in a closed bag.
If something is broken, you are obliged to report this.
• The use of the jacuzzi is entirely at your own risk.
• Smoking is not allowed in the house. If this rule is violated, a fine of 150 euros will be charged. Smoking outside on the veranda is allowed, but you are expected to clean up the butts properly.
• Damage caused to the location in any way will be recovered from the tenant.
• For reasons of hygiene, showering before using the jacuzzi is mandatory.
• Jacuzzi: if the jacuzzi is used with swimwear, it must be rinsed thoroughly in the shower, this also applies to body lotions or other oils worn on the skin.
• Inviting or letting in people who have not booked or are registered in De Berenshoeve (jacuzzi house) is strictly prohibited, everyone will have to leave the house, a fine of 550 euros will also be imposed or a report will be filed. for trespassing. (Article 138 of the Criminal Code) deportation will always be done under the supervision of the police.
What is available: The house is small but nice. It is equipped with a seating area, TV, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. Dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies are provided and you can make unlimited use of coffee and tea.

If you cancel or change after this time, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Useful facts:

We also have a large holiday home on site for families and friends. This is located at the back of the site and has its own entrance. In the welcome letter we indicated that you can park your car directly in front of the black gate. If you have a large car, you can also park it in the large parking lot.
We have a charging station for your E car. Charging takes place. This charging station is located in the large parking lot and is shared with other guests.
The jacuzzi has a canopy and an extra wind screen at the front to protect wind and privacy.
